Setting the Stage

We seated the attendees at rounds; covering most of the main stage. We placed the presentation screen at one end of the stage—in front of the fly rail. (For those of you familiar with a professional theatre’s backstage mechanics.)

Expert Execution

Food and beverage stations were placed on the stage’s apron to accommodate breaks and lunch service—encouraging team-building and socialization.

Professional Production

The elegant 3,000-seat house features spectacular soaring ceilings and gilded details found only in the world’s greatest theatres, which provided a breathtaking backdrop to this two-day event. Attendees enjoyed a rare performer’s perspective of this beautifully restored architectural masterpiece.
